Wage Management

We are considering all the required elements (equality, balanced wage, compliance with current wage, wage proportional to promotion, integrity, objectivity, clarity) in our wage management. In order to pay the employees rightly according to their merit, we use rates and coefficients determined by wage system performance evaluation.

After a 12 months period, the employee is evaluated according to wage system that is based on skill, encouragement, and performance. We are adding the seniority wages according to predetermined periods. We are evaluating returns and shares of profits under encouraging wage model.
Thus, we can evaluate our personnel in every aspect.

After all these evaluation, we determine the rights of the employee for the following period.
